Gabriella Mordecai

Gabriella Mordecai is a Sydney singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist working in contemporary folk, indie and chamber-pop, often built around lush string arrangements. She cites Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan and Amy Winehouse as key influences. Her 2024 debut album A Place I Never Knew followed the singles Silent Tears and Break in the Clouds, and her songwriting explores mental health and emotional resilience. She studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and was a monthly winner of the Campus Music Competition in 2025.
