Sirius Chamber Ensemble

Sirius Chamber Ensemble is a trio of Melissa Coleman on flute, Ian Sykes on clarinet and Clare Kahn on cello, often joined by guests such as pianist Jeanell Carrigan. The group formed in 2011 and marked its tenth year with an anniversary concert in 2021. In 2025 it released an album on Wirripang of first recordings of works by Meta Overman and Margaret Sutherland. A second album of music for woodwinds and piano is planned for 2026.
