Three roving acts moved around the site: Oompah Loompah Band (12:30pm and 1:30pm), a Sydney brass band playing Bavarian tunes alongside pop, rock and party songs; Escola de Samba Sydney (2:30pm and 3:30pm), a Brazilian dance school marking 10 years in Marrickville, with drumming from Sydney Samba; and DMT Pancake (4pm and 5pm), a seven-piece mixing folk, Celtic and jazz.

An open mic ran at Alex Trevallion Plaza from noon, with three-song slots and registration on the day.
