Brewery taproom - indoor bar with the brewhouse in view, plus an alfresco area. Elevated stage that fits six or seven. The venue provides a vocal PA, mics, stands, an in-tune piano and lighting; artists bring their own instruments. No sound engineer. Music licensed to midnight; closes 10pm Wed, Thu and Sun, midnight Fri and Sat, shut Mon and Tue. Pay comes out of a stated $2,000 a week music budget across five days, plus a meal and beers for the band.
